Our flight schedule with Lufthansa generally requires that we spend an overnight in Frankfurt on the return from Medjugorje. This is actually a nice break in the travel schedule, and I personally enjoy it. We stay at the Aston-Airport Hotel, which is only 2km away from the airport. There are free shuttle buses running back and forth to the hotel every 20 minutes. The cost is very reasonable.
